My advice would be to remove Nortons, it's not very good and it likes to take over your computer, slowing it up etc. Do a search for Nortons in Yahoo Answers and you'll notice a lot of people having problems with Nortons and a lot of people trying to get rid of it.

So if I were you I'd remove Nortons and replace it with some free software that is a lot better.
