Who makes the best Internet Security / Antivirus programs?

I was told today at Best Buy that Trend Micro is better than Norton or Macafee. I have Norton 04, and it seems to be into everything on my PC. I need to upgrade so I bought Trend Micro Internet Security 2007. I haven't opened it yet, was this a good selection? Also, Trend Micro makes a Spyware version and a Antivirus version, Am I supposed to buy them all or will Internet Security do the job??

Trend Micro is a good one. I think it come with Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, and a firewall.

I would use the trial version for 90 days then install. Unless you don't like it. Then just take it back before you open It.
