i have some files which i want that when i run them or when they are running AVG antivirus exclude those files means the AVG antivirus bypass those files when scanning.

You can't actually exclude files from scanning, you can only choose a specific disc to be scanned.
go to options , there you can include/exclude file types
else you can scan selective folders
