I downloaded Kaspersky 6.0 antivirus, but only as a 30 day trial and now it has expired.Is there a way I can find an activation code and avoid buying the program?

you need to find someone who has the system %26 have them install it in your computer,too. our son did that for us. it will expire soon as he put it in 6 Mo. ago he is going to get the newer version %26 install in both of them later.

There are several free AV products out there. Grisoft and Avast come to mind.

Using a pirated activation code is risky. Many software publishers track the use of activation codes and will disable the software if appears that the codes have been used multiple times against the license terms. That locks everyone out -- the original purchaser and everyone who has a copy of the key.
