NHATQUANGLAN is a form of very bad malware.

Effects of the virus :- System slows down, Disables task manager, folder options, registry editing, Administrative tools won't open. flash disks inserted gets infected.

Nhatquanglan is used by svchost.exe as one of many file names and is connected to malware group trojan.agent.gen producing all the symptoms.

I have not got an answer how to remove this.

just do a system restore back to the day before you got the virus...it should clear it up...if you don't remember when, run either HiJack This or VundoFix, or both to get it off...these are both free downloads, just google them
