I have run all the major free Antivirus, spam and trojan scans and nothing turns up. I tried Microsoft malicous code scanner. What can a person try to stop these runaway processes? At times there are 40-50 ipconfig.exe images running, under the system.

well just check how many processes are connecting any ip/port %26 identify those processes exe name



close all the internet related software that your regular use



then type in command prompt:-



netstat -no



%26 take the PID No %26 identify those pids software from tash manager



if non of unknown is running then i don think there is any risk
