Is there an old downloadble version for antivirus and security, i can not download yahoo's 360.

I have an old PC, and i'm not able to download Yahoo's 360. The previous version wouldn't update the software at all. Now I can't remove norton from my pc and there is no unistall software for norton. What can I do to unistall old version of norton from my computer? and is there a better antivirus, etc downloadable version for a 2003 PC.
