There is plenty wrong with Norton, and there isn't a thing wrong with the free antivirus software available. I've used Avast for 3 years, and had it stop 2 viruses cold, and Avast has been around since 1981. Since I installed Avast, I've not had a problem.
Since you are going to use this for business, take a good look at AVG suite: antivirus, anti-spyware, anti-spam and firewall. AVG/Grisoft has as good a reputation as Norton, and has been around just as long.

AntiVirus PLUS Firewall?avast
Just use Norton internet security, it's the big daddy of them all. It has stopped dozens of viruses on my pc. The only thing is it needs a fair chunk on ram, if you have an old slow pc you may stall it. Just remember you need a good firewall, not just an anti virus! NIS has both. If this helps you out try my site you may like it -

What's wrong with Norton?
You need both antivirus and firewall. You could always use free antivirus software, but it isn't as good.
