Do an online scan at Ewido.It has one of the best scanners and should remove most spyware and adware.Good luck.

Yahoo antispy is JUNK. I recommend superantispyware. It is very effective and it is FREE.
Boot into safe mode and run your antivirus and spyware killers
Your first problem is that you are using Norton. Norton is an anti-virus program that has some limited ability to identify "bad files" on your pc but SUCKS when it comes to doing anything about it. Yahoo Anti-spy is setup to look for tracking cookies and therefore doesn't usually identify items from programs that are causing problems. You'll need to get something like Ad-aware or Spybot search and Destroy or better yet both. Go to www.download.com and look for them, update them and run scans.
