I just got this computer fixed from the concequinces of a non-working antivirus, and want to make sure I find a good one this time. (I can't afford norton or any of those kinds)

www.download.com... theres Avast free home edition. its really cool, when it detects a virus, it will sound an alarm and tell you a virus has been detected.
do a google or yahoo search for "free antivirus software" and you will see that there are many to download. also, download.com has many free av softwares.
